No matter what the weather children flock to Climbers & Creepers in Kew Gardens. It is aimed at children from 3 to 9 and the idea is to teach them the importance of plant and animal relationships.
Children love the slide, pod, bee hive set behind glass and the rubber play pit. Outside there are leaves that rock and other types of climbing frame.
If you book in advance you can take advantage of the special family activities that are laid on.

Climbers and Creepers is a great place for kids, but if you have a little one I suggest you take them on a weekday if at all possible. At the weekends it can get very crowded and it can be a bit hard to keep track of your toddler.
The cafe next door sells delicious coffee and cake when you need some refreshment.
It certainly does get busy but it is still fantastic!
What I love about it is the fact that there is an outdoor playground right next to it (as well as the rest of Kew Gardens of course) so if the rain stops, you can get some fresh air.
